Amelia Newcomb Dressage is hiring for 1 position in our growing company. We’re an online learning platform that services thousands of students and followers around the world. Amelia’s mission is “Dressage for all.” We work to build positive, confident communication with your horse through accessible education, community, and support. We provide quality riding education to anyone who wishes to learn, regardless of where they live, the horse they have, or their financial status. With a wide range of both free and paid online resources, applicants will find fulfillment in their work.

Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours a week, some weekends and evenings)

Salary: $18-22/hr

Reports to: Owner

Role Overview
Our Team has grown again! We have 1 open position for a virtual assistant to perform administrative duties and support one-on-one communications with students.

This is a great fit if you thrive in a dynamic environment, take initiative without being asked twice, and have experience supporting an online business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating and assisting students with tech support and onboarding packages
  • Basic invoicing tasks
  • Schedule appointments, interviews, and clinics for the Owner
  • Basic editing of long-form educational videos
  • Assist with course platform maintenance and student communications

Required Skills

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new programs intuitively
  • Ability to follow SOP documents to problem solve
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and organize a to-do list independently
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Reliable & responsive

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experienced with Asana, ActiveCampaign, WordPress
  • Similar job experience or working in a remote environment before
  • Equestrian Background
