1. Creative Designer with specialization in Graphic Design and/or Video Editing
With the rapid production of content, We are looking for a Creative Designer to support our digital marketing with video editing, photo editing, ad creation, teaching diagrams, PDF workbooks, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Video editing for educational and sales material
- Designing and creating visual assets for advertisements, sales materials, website, social, and course content
- Creating and designing PDF workbooks
- Initiate ideas for innovative visual designs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar discipline required.
- 2-5 years of post-graduate related experience preferred.
- Must have a basic understanding of riding and horses – Dressage knowledge preferred
- Competent in multiple sections of Adobe Suite preferably including Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects. Experience with Adobe Audition preferred.
- Base knowledge of website design.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills required.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

2. Marketing Coordinator or Specialist
With the rapid growth, we are looking for a marketing coordinator or a marketing specialist to help take one or more of these programs to the next level. Applicants should be experts in their field, have experience working in a start up, and have a vision for how we can take our current programs to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage media portfolio: budget, relations, clinics, and projects
- Acquiring and managing corporate sponsorships & partners
- Managing affiliate program structure and members
- Supervise community and influencer engagement to drive positive brand conversations and grow our influencer marketing program
- Create detailed reports and tracking based on KPI metrics for the company
- Brainstorm and implement A/B experiments and conversion tests
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform campaigns
Skills and Qualifications:

- 4+ years in related field experience

3. Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a hybrid role for a working student who’s main focus will be on customer service and social media coordination to support our global student and community population. This individual should have working knowledge of popular social media platforms and technology.
This is a paid position that would be perfect for a university student who still wants to pursue their riding education, a stay-at-home mom who wants to keep training but can’t leave her family at home to go travel, or a young coach starting out but doesn’t have a full client base yet.

This is a virtual, part-time position to start with, with opportunity for growth. This opening comes from our previous marketing assistant has outgrown the position and been promoted internally.
Candidate must be available on some weekday mornings PST and on weekends.
Responsibilities include:
- Tech Support: Assist students with technical challenges such as password issues, video uploading, facebook, etc
- Course administrative duties: setting up zoom sessions, managing and processing recordings, sending emails, updating Podcasts
- Social Media: Customer service for replying to comments, answering messages, managing groups, etc.
- Assisting Management with course launches, media relations, and student programs.
