If we haven’t met before, hi, I’m Amelia Newcomb. I am a Grand Prix Rider and trainer but when I first started riding I was terrible. I had no natural talent. I fell off all the time, and sitting trot for me seemed impossible. I just could not figure out what to do with my body. I was so embarrassed and ashamed. But I kept working at it and struggling and eventually I got it!
I wish, when I was learning how to ride, that I had access to education like this. I wish someone had taught me step-by-step how to move with my horse and follow the motion. It would have made life a LOT easier!
I designed this challenge to help you. To make your life easier – so that you can make progress and enjoy riding. I cannot wait to share my secrets when you join today!
Happy Riding!
Amelia

No. This program can be used with horses of any age as it focuses on them developing a strong and supple topline.
Consistency is key to getting a big transformation. If you only ride a lesson horse 1-2 times a week you will still see results by joining this challenge. But the more you work with your horse the more impovement you will see, we recommend 4-5 times a week. Remember though, this is quality over quantity. Every session doesn’t have to be a long one and it’s important to listen to your horse.
No problem at all! This can be a challenge with yourself!
