Job Title: Marketing Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced online Marketing Consultant with a proven track record in the online education space to help us scale intake and growth. This role will focus on improving our customer acquisition efficiency, increasing customer lifetime value, and building a sustainable, scalable growth engine for our online programs.
The ideal candidate understands course funnels, cohort behavior, retention mechanics and can guide execution.
Core Objectives
- Improve funnel conversion rates across the student lifecycle
- Increase course revenue and retention while maintaining profit margins
- Decrease CAC
- Increase LTV
- Build repeatable and predictable enrollment systems
Key Responsibilities
- Audit existing course funnels (lead magnets, webinars, launches, evergreen funnels, email sequences)
- Design a growth plan to adjust current established funnels that align with company goals
- Develop a strategic onboarding and student activation plan
- Work with the internal team to execute strategies
- Provide playbooks, SOPs, and documentation
- Coach team members on funnel optimization and growth best practices
- Act as a strategic advisor to the founder/leadership team
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing or growth experience
- Direct experience scaling online courses, memberships, or digital education products
- Deep understanding of:
- Course funnels (webinars, launches, evergreen, cohort-based)
- Email marketing and lifecycle automation
- Paid traffic for digital education
- Offer and pricing strategy
- Highly analytical
- Experience working with founder-led businesses
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience with cohort-based or certification programs
- Background in learning design or student engagement optimization
- Equestrian Background
