The Scrambled Eggs Challenge!

May is Dressage Rider Position Month – we will be focusing our content on Dressage Rider Position! Believe it or not, most ALL of the issues that you are having with your riding and training can be fixed by working on your position!

We will be starting out the month with FUN Rider Position Challenges to bring awareness to your position:

Challenge #1 – The Scrambled Egg Challenge (#scrambledeggs)

Have someone video you scrambling eggs with your left and then with your right hand while balancing on a pillow on one leg.  Be Creative! This is a challenge of your balance, coordination, and symmetry – all of which are important for effective and correct riding. It is important to master the technique of scrambling eggs with BOTH your left and right hand to be able to supple your horse left and right. Explain what you noticed when doing the challenge and how this might affect your riding.

The winner of the scrambled eggs challenge will receive a FREE Scrambled eggs Ultimate Softlock Long-sleve T-Shirt, a Dressage Insulated Water Bottle, and my video workshop on “Dressage Rider Position Seat and Legs.”

How do you enter the contest?
