5 Exercises to Improve Your Riding

Here are some great exercises that you can do to improve you Dressage riding.

It is so important to exercise and have control of your body so that when you ride, you can focus on your horse.

Activating and strengthening the correct muscles before riding can be very helpful for when you get on your horse!

  1. ITY stretch
  2. Opening rein aid
  3. Opening rein aid on a balance board
  4. Activating your glute mede
  5. Independent pelvis movement
