The Dressage Training Scale

The dressage training scale is the foundation of all correct dressage riding. Dressage tests are based on it, top riders use it in their daily rides – and judges base their scoring on the training scale principles. This masterclass – offered just twice a year – will help you understand the training scale, and learn how to implement it in your own training rides. By the end of the course, you’ll have a better understanding of the essential elements of the scale, and a toolbox full of exercises for each level of the scale that will help you progress up the levels!

First Level Dressage- $97

Amelia’s First Level Dressage Masterclass will give you an understanding of the requirements of First Level Dressage, and the tools to prepare yourself and your horse to compete at this level. You’ll gain insights into the movements and gaits at First Level, and what judges are looking for. Movement by movement commentary on the elements of all three First Level tests, plus a deeper discussion of the more difficult movements, will help you approach competition with confidence.
