Do YOU know what muscles you use to ride?

Enroll in the Rider Position Masterclass only ONE DAY LEFT

Do you know what muscles to use to maximize the effectiveness of your rider position? In this video, Dr Stephanie Seheult takes us through the EXACT ones!

This week, instead of an archived post, we wanted to give you a taste of the sort of knowledge that Dr Stephanie Seheult of Ride Advanced brings to the table with regard to our rider positions. Stephanie is a Dr of Physical Therapy who specializes in equestrians, and she has collaborated with me on the Rider Position Masterclass.

This year’s masterclass has had a complete overhaul and there is only ONE DAY left for enrollment. Once it closes, it won’t be back until 2023!

In this video, Stephanie takes us through some of the main muscles that we use when riding, (if you’re a long-time follower of mine, you’ll know that the Glute Mead is one of them!!). She also takes us through how we use them, and how they interact with each other!!

Stephanie’s depth of knowledge is amazing and she’s put amazing work into designing exercises for the Rider Position Masterclass.

Have a look at her explaining the riding musculature in this video and let me know in the comments if it gives you a new perspective on how we use our bodies to ride our horses!

You can also sign up for the Rider Position Masterclass HERE. It promises to be a 6-week gamechanger for your rider position! Thanks for watching and happy riding!
