This week, instead of an archived post, we wanted to give you a taste of the sort of knowledge that Dr Stephanie Seheult of Ride Advanced brings to the table with regard to our rider positions. Stephanie is a Dr of Physical Therapy who specializes in equestrians, and she has collaborated with me on the Rider Position Masterclass.

In this video, Stephanie takes us through some of the main muscles that we use when riding, (if you’re a long-time follower of mine, you’ll know that the Glute Mead is one of them!!). She also takes us through how we use them, and how they interact with each other!!
