Watching the video is the best way to enjoy the full experience, but here are some spark notes if you don’t have time to watch the whole thing.
-keep the judge between your horse’s ears when going down centerline
-don’t get there too early in the half-pass
-get your horse ready in the corner before the medium gait
-halt fully immobile before the rein back
-show off your horse’s walk!
-ride a little shoulder fore before the walk pirouettes
-no trot steps in the walk-canter transition
-show differences in the canter
-prepare for the halt by looking out of the corner of your eye for E &B.
